On-Site Fabrication

When necessary, we can fabricate Standing Seam Metal roofing panels directly at New Jersey job sites. We have the capacity to produce panels up to 120 feet in length.

To maintain the roof’s lifespan and uphold the installation warranty, proper accessories must be used when installing oversized panels. These panels expand and contract due to temperature changes, so the standing seam system installation needs to be adjusted seasonally to accommodate this movement.

For panels exceeding 15 feet, we recommend using Floating clips to enable expansion and contraction. Adding Stiffening Ribs and Clip Relief to these panels is strongly advised to minimize oil canning (modulation caused by thermal expansion).
